Year-in-Review Digital Layout Template Freebie

Here's my own Year in Review for 2008. This page went together very quickly because I used the Webajeb-Year-in-Review-2008 page template. There are 12 squares around the perimeter, one for each month of the year, and then a larger square in the middle for a photo representative of the entire year.

The title "Year in Review" and the year "2008" are actually cut out of the larger square, so the background paper shows through. There's a thin black stroke and a drop shadow on all the squares. The names of the months are in white type on each of the 12 outer squares and, since the text is on separate layers in the template, can be easily moved around as needed.

Here is the template without photos:

This is the monthly freebie for my newsletter subscribers. If you are a newsletter subscriber you can either send me 13 photos and I'll create your 2008 Year in Review digital layout file and email it to you, OR (NEW in 2009!) you can download the layered template FREE via the link provided in the newsletter and create the layout yourself!!

Not a newsletter subscriber?? No problem! Just go to my website, scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and sign up! Your info is kept completely confidential, and you can easily unsubscribe anytime.

Once you have signed up you will receive the current month's newsletter (within a day or so) and be eligible for any freebies and specials offered that month. From then on, unless you unsubscribe, you will receive a newsletter once per month (usually on the first Wednesday of the month) with news, info, freebies, and coupons.

It's Sweet to be Green

The big "thing" these days is living "green." We're all all concerned about the Earth, and the impact that human beings, and they way we live, has on the health of our planet. Recycle, reuse, conserve, carpool, buy organic, and bring-your-own cloth sacks to the grocery store. Every positive action we take, no matter how small, adds up to help protect and improve our environment.

At Webajeb Digital Photo Albums & Portfolios we have always been green. All digital elements -- paper, stickers, die cuts, fabric, ribbons, buttons and bows -- are electronic files. No natural resources are used in their creation. No "physical" adhesives, paper (trees), inks, metals, plastics, rubber or fibers. Nor are there any scraps to dispose of. And every digital element is re-usable as many times as desired with no new use of physical materials.

You won't find digital scrapbook supplies cluttering up the landfills.

In fact, the only time paper and ink is used is in the final printing of a scrapbook page layout, and many people choose not to print at all. Instead they have on-line photo albums, slideshows, and screensavers.

Next time your camera's memory card is full of photos, skip the expensive and resource-draining process of printing them. Instead, send them to us and we will place them directly onto digital page layouts.

You'll have a gorgeous archival-quality photo album and the personal satisfaction of having avoided unnecessary use of papers, chemicals, and other resources.

Yeah. It's sweet to be green.
